| Order settlement |
- Once you have filled in the on-line order form, during the day we send you the invoice by email (or send by fax, at the customer's choice).
- The invoice is presented in LVL, including VAT 18%.
- We accept only a wire transfer.
- We send you payment confirmation when receive a payment from you.
- After we receive the payment, we begin your company’s formation.

| Delivery of documents |
- Courier mail delivers documents to the address indicated by the customer.
- In case of purchase of a ready-made company the documents are dispatched immediately (during the day) after confirmation of settlement and required documents received from the customer.
- In case of incorporation of a new company the order fulfillment period is either separately agreed with the customer or depends on peculiarities of the selected jurisdiction - one day to two months.
