Must not be identical or confusingly similar to the already existing LLP or Limited Companies. Must contain words Limited Liability Partnership or its abbreviation LLP. Words Insurance, Bank, Chamber of Commerce, Co-operative, Credit Union, Group, Holding, Building Society, Royal and similar can be used only after permission of proper organ of government. |
